When you are scheduling something for your ministry please fill out the form below. This will ensure no event is double booked.
Instructions:
- You must set your event date and time with Fr. Vaseileios, FIRST.
- Then, come and fill out this form with all required information.
- You will then received a confirmation email from the Church Office.
Keep in mind: Your event will not be scheduled, and placed on the calendar, unless you hear back from the Church Office with a confirmation, even if the event was cleared with Fr.
